Terms of Service

PropLink (getproplink.com) is operated by GOHAT Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using PropLink you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you use PropLink for an agency or company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

PropLink gives real estate agents a personal property website, listing pages, lead forms, co-broking tools, and a WhatsApp inbox and broadcast tool. Features may change over time; we will tell you before removing a feature you pay for.

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at hello@getproplink.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Account › Manage Billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Agents on the yearly plan can ask us to design and build a website at no extra cost. We own the website, its design and its content structure until you have paid for the yearly plan for 3 consecutive years; ownership then transfers to you. If the yearly plan ends before 3 years (cancelled, not renewed, or switched to monthly), the website stays with us and may be taken offline. Your own listings, photos and text remain yours at all times. Domain names you register yourself always stay yours.

WhatsApp messaging uses your own WhatsApp Business account. Meta bills that account directly for messages under Meta's pricing; PropLink adds no charge for messages. AI features use your own OpenAI key, billed by OpenAI. You must follow the rules of these services, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and only message people who have agreed to hear from you.

You own the listings, photos and other content you upload. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only to run PropLink for you. You confirm you have the right to use that content and that your listings are accurate and lawful.

Buyers and tenants who contact you through PropLink are your contacts. For their personal data you are the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and PropLink processes it on your behalf.

Do not use PropLink to break the law (including rules for registered estate agents in Malaysia), send spam or unsolicited messages, mislead buyers, upload content you have no rights to, collect data without consent, or interfere with the service or other users. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account. Your public page goes offline immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Notice. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why where the law allows.

We work to keep PropLink running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We are not responsible for services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Stripe or OpenAI, or for deals between you and your clients.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost deals. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use PropLink afterwards means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
